1. Full Refund Eligibility:

   • Customers are eligible for a 100% refund only if the order is cancelled before food preparation begins.

   • For pre-orders, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the selected time slot to be eligible for a full refund.

2. No Refund Post Preparation:

   • Once the food preparation has started, no refund will be issued, irrespective of order type.

3. How to Cancel:

   • Cancellations must be requested via our official communication channels (phone or WhatsApp) with order details.

As per the cancellation policy, the approved refund will be processed and credited within 5 to 7 working days in the original payment method.
