Due to the perishable nature of food, we do not accept any returns once the order has been delivered. -
Cancellation Policy:

If the cancellation request is made after preparation has started, 100% of the payment will be retained.

Shipping Charges:

Delivery is available across Bangalore.

Shipping is charged at ₹29 per kilometer, and this cost will be added to your final bill.

Order Modifications:

Any changes to the order (items, quantity, time, or address) must be requested at least 1 hour before the preparation starts.

Once preparation begins, no modifications can be made.

Incorrect Address or Non-availability:

If the customer is unavailable or address details are incorrect at the time of delivery, the food will be returned, and no refund will be issued.

Pre-orders:

For bulk or pre-orders, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with a photo, and our team will resolve the issue promptly.

Orders will be delivered within 1 day due to the nature of Pre-Ordering food. "Order Scheduling" feature that allows users to place orders from 2 hours to 2 days in advance.
